This exhibition made me think – seashores are almost a country in themselves, just cut up and laid around the landmass, joined under the ocean and then emerging, twinning their way across the sea. Relished a quiet moment looking at them. Probably best to hear the soundscapes with headphones – the clinking of teacups in the cafe is distracting.
Particularly enjoyed the narrative elements of these exhibits which exemplify the differences between ‘postcard fiction’, short story, novelette and novella. Looking forward to seeing longer photographs from you two in the future.
Wonderfully atmospheric photographic landscapes. Combining the exhibition with a tankard of best blue bud tea from the cafe makes this a must see destination.
